Janet FentonThere is evidence from scientists, academics and the Government's own records show that the nuclear weapons programme is hopelessly behind schedule with a budget that is running out of control. Now, Brexit and COVID, will almost certainly mean flagrantly cutting corners and ignoring risk assessments. Scotgov has a responsibility to assess and prepare for the impact on civil society of an accident with the weapons or the regular convoys travelling on our roads which it passes to the MOD
