Potential demolition of Ayr station hotel, trend of poor maintenance of historic buildings in Ayr

Campaigners have criticised the recently feasibility study published by Atkins https://www.facebook.com/groups/482105729640079/permalink/482164609634191/
and claim that the building's condition has been worsened by Council mismanagement.
